During the withdrawal period, customers must handle the product with care. Moon lamp wall lights must remain unused, uninstalled, and unaltered. Products returned with signs of installation, use, or damage may be subject to a reduction in refund or refusal of return.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products, including custom-made or personalized items, or products that have been installed or modified, where legally permitted. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated before purchase.
